Warranty Information
All AR Korea precision air conditioners purchased through ARABKOR are covered by the manufacturer warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of installation and commissioning.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Compressor and major mechanical components
- Electronic control boards and sensors
- Refrigerant leaks due to factory defects
- Fan motors and blower assemblies
- Humidifier components (Swiss Walter Meier)
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including filters and consumables
- Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical irregularities
- Damage caused by water, flooding, or environmental factors
- Units operated outside specified voltage or environmental parameters
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Make a Warranty Claim
