This page describes what arabkor.com collects. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

What this site collects

arabkor.com itself is a static site with no accounts and no forms.

The Klic portal at /portal is different: it is a private, invitation-only area for brands ARABKOR already works with. It has accounts, and it accepts document uploads. Everything below about the portal applies only to signed-in users.

The public site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which records the language you chose so the right version loads next time. It holds no personal information and is not used for tracking.

No analytics or advertising scripts are active on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this page is updated before they are switched on.

The Klic portal

If ARABKOR has given you portal access, we hold your name, email address and the documents you upload. Signing in uses a single-use emailed link; there is no password to store.

Uploaded documents commonly contain commercially sensitive material, including full ingredient lists with percentages. They are stored in a private bucket that has no public address, are reachable only through an authenticated request that re-checks you own them, and are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.

Every upload, download, status change and sign-in is written to an audit log against your account. We record document access, not only modification.

Portal data is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. If your agreement with us requires in-Kingdom processing, tell us before uploading anything.

Sessions expire after twelve hours and can be revoked by us at any time. To have a portal account closed and its contents removed, email kp@arabkor.com.

If you email us

If you write to kp@arabkor.com we receive your email address, your name where you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to assess a possible commercial relationship.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while the commercial discussion is live, and afterwards only where an accounting or legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

The Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted.

To exercise any of these, email kp@arabkor.com and say what you want done.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Requests are handled on Cloudflare's global network, so a request may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.

Changes

Material changes appear here with a new date at the top of the page.
